Our polyimide tape, commonly referred to as Kapton® tape, is crafted from commercial-grade polyimide film and coated with a durable silicone adhesive. It offers exceptional heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260°C for extended periods.
We offer a wide range of tape widths, from 3mm to 500mm, and also provide bespoke die-cutting services using all standard materials. Whether you need squares, donuts, rectangles, ovals, triangles, or more intricate, custom shapes, we can create tape die-cuts to meet your exact specifications.
This tape is the industry standard for Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing, Plating, Soldering, Circuit Board Insulation, and Hot Air Levelling.
